A blueprint for the player in our bear-dynamite-tennis game:

If this much fun was had in the process of making this alone, this might be promising to be something worth doing cartwheels for. :)

Week 4 - JavaScript

Using a trick I learned in cs 210, web development last term (winter '13), I made a hyperlink directly to my javascript project.

Hope you enjoy. :)

Week 3 - Three Animations

First we have a basic animation of a bear turning it's head around counter-clockwise motion, shuffling it's paws-- this should help to illustrate more complex movements of the bears during the final project.
Next, thought unrelated, we have a sophisticated stick figure playing the guitar. With simplistic motions such as this, we have SEVERAL of the components of what are, in the end, much larger and technical motions. I like to picture this little guy playing a guitar solo to the 80's heavy metal band, Dokken.

Next, we have the fruit of last week-- a basic pong animation. This animation will give us the basic functions to memorize when created a table-top tennis game...or hey, even just a regular tennis game.

Week 2: First Animation

Ah, EMDA!

It's good to be in 203, and even more so to finally be using flash actively. For my first animation, I made a quick pong-style GIF image as a sort of blueprint for our group the Alpha Team's project, a take on Zach Wieners "The Most Dangerous Game."

I am actually thoroughly amused by my own creation. Maybe because it is my own creation...but there ya go.
